Product Specialist

The primary goal of the Product Specialist is to provide a fun educational experience for customers who come into Bill Jarrett Ford of Avon Park, and to support the Sales Staff with Data Entry into the Dealer Management System (DMS) and the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). The Product Specialist will accomplish this by handling all walk in Dealership guests, answering questions, educating the public about the Ford Motor Company Vehicles. An implicit responsibility of the Product Specialist is to conduct educational conversations and business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience that well represents Bill Jarrett Ford and the Vehicles we Sell and Service. Additionally, the Product Specialist must become certified through the Normal Training provided by the Ford Motor Company, and the Product Specialist will become trained in the Internet Sales functions of the Dealership.

???Enthusiastically educate all customers and fans about the benefits of Ford Motor Company Vehicles.
???Assist Sales Consultants in co-piloting test drives of Ford Vehicles and providing an experience that future customer would highly recommend to friends and family.
???Through conversations on the floor, identify future Ford prospects and encourage them to get behind the wheel of a Ford product for themselves.
???Provide high quality customer service to the existing Ford owner community.
???Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
???Help to develop a new way to market and sell cars to the community.
???Strong communication and customer service experience required.
???Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry.
???Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
???Ability to work evenings and weekends in retail environment retail experience a plus.
???Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
???Must be proficient on the Computer.
???Must be proficient in Mathematics.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
